This 100% Tempranillo has been aged for 13 months in French and American oak barrels. This flavorful wine is dark violet in color with silver highlights. Medium intensive aromas include plum dark berries, spices, pepper, anise, cinnamon, dark chocolate and wood. Well-balanced with mineral notes, medium bodies. The finish is mild, smooth and lingers with soft tannins on both sides of your mouth. Suggested food pairings: red meat, dishes with tomato-based sauces, aged cheese, sausages and chocolate.
