Crisp on the nose with high intensity aromas of fresh red fruit, flowers, blackcurrant, cinnamon, dairy, freshly baked bread, pleasant oak and balsamic notes. Background of red pepper and cacao. Very high-quality aromas. A dry, juicy and warm wine in the mouth. Tannins are well integrated making it a wine with good structure. Mouth aromas reminiscent of the nose expanding to currant, berries, vanilla, coconut and cacao. A wine with a long finish and very well-balanced. This wine pairs perfect with grilled steaks and burgers as well as Mexican seafood such as fish Veracruz style. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
