This red wine blend has a deep ruby red color with soft highlights. The high aromas emphasize sweet ripe blackberries, plum, fig, spices and earthy notes. Smooth and medium bodied with soft tannins. Medium to high acidity. Aged 13 months in French and American Oak barrels. The Baja United team recommends pairing with braised or BBQ red meat, stews, vegetarian plates and cheeses with selected meats.
